A former professional dancer with over 13 years of experience across stage and screen, Ellie’s approach to coaching is rooted in a lifelong passion for movement, performance, and human potential. Having trained in technical ballet and jazz from the age of three and enjoyed a successful career in dance, she developed a deep understanding of precision, discipline, and the connection between physical and mental wellbeing. Today, Ellie channels that same dedication into training and competing across multiple sporting disciplines, with achievements spanning marathons, Ironman events, and and strength-based pursuits including Hyrax. Her own commitment to cross-disciplinary performance informs a coaching style that is both dynamic and deeply considered for well balanced longevity. Believing that fitness should be a truly holistic experience, Ellie creates sessions that go beyond physical training. Combining technical expertise with energy, emotion, intention and musical elevation, she is passionate about helping clients build confidence, push boundaries, and unlock levels of performance they never thought possible. Drawing on her background as both a professional performer and competitive athlete, Ellie brings a refined, high-energy approach to every session, delivering an experience that is challenging, engaging, and designed to help each individual perform at their very best.
